Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Packly website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Packly is a platform that displays and distributes collectible reward packs to eligible token holders on Robinhood Chain. The Service is presented as a public preview and demo. Pack supply figures, probabilities, and reward descriptions shown on the site are indicative and may change before launch. No real tokens, wallets, or blockchain transactions are processed through this website.

2. Eligibility

Reward packs are intended for holders who meet the eligibility criteria announced for each distribution. Eligibility is determined by a snapshot of on-chain holdings taken at a scheduled time. Snapshots have not yet run for this preview; any eligibility check on the Service returns a pending result and is not a guarantee of receiving a pack.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Packly does not recommend purchasing any token. Acquiring tokens to qualify for packs carries market risk, including total loss. You are responsible for your own decisions and should do your own research.

4. Packs and rewards

Collectible reward packs and their contents have no guaranteed resale or monetary value. Packly makes no representation about the future value of any pack or collectible. The availability, contents, and distribution schedule of packs may change at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent eligibility checks, scrape or overload the Service, submit false information, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Packly may restrict or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Packly name, wordmark, logo, pack artwork, and site content are owned by or licensed to Packly. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packly disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

Packly may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
